Beachlister Stores wants you to be satisfied
with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction
and for the protection of you, the buyer
and Beachlister Stores, we have a Return
Policy and a Shipping Policy.
If you have any complaint or recommendation,
please email or phone us and we will attempt
to resolve the issue within reason. We want
satisfied customers who will return to purchase
in the future and recommend us to their family
and friends.
Shipping Policy Information:
1. Beachlister Stores requires all shipments
be insured with tracking.
2. Beachlister Stores will allow the buyer
to decline shipping insurance IF it is mutually
agreed to during the purchase process. Please
read #4 below.
3. Please be advised, the payment of any
invoice devoid of the cost of insurance for
item, the buyer acknowledges he is aware
and agreed that the item was to be shipped
uninsured.
4. By declining Insurance during the purchase
process and paying invoice devoid of insurance
cost, the buyer further acknowledges that
the sale of the item is FINAL with NO RETURN.
5. Beachlister Stores will not be held responsible
for any item lost or damaged in shipping
when item shipped uninsured.
Return Policy Information:
1. If you are not pleased with your purchase,
simply contact us by email or phone within
3 days of delivery of your item to arrange
for its return and a refund of the purchase
price less shipping.
2. Beachlister Stores will acknowledge your
return request with an email stating you
are to ship the item back to us.
3. You must ship the item back to Beachlister
Stores within 3 days of this acknowledgement:

The item must be returned via the original
carrier, in its original packaging, insured
for its purchased price, and must be received
in the same condition as when it was shipped
to you with the shop's tags and identifying
marks intact.

We recommend you use delivery tracking and
get a delivery receipt.

The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
4. After Beachlister Stores verifies the
returned item is as originally sent; we will
issue a full refund within 3 days. Refunds
sent by check will be sent in a traceable
manner, where receipt confirmation can be
verified.
Beachlister Stores Return Policy is designed
to help ensure a smooth, enjoyable buying
experience. If a transaction falls outside
of our Return Policy, we will attempt to
negotiate a mutually agreeable resolution.
We guarantee and standby our items however,
we will not tolerate fraud or switch-it scams.

We only issue full refunds for merchandise
returned, prepaid, to Beachlister Stores.

Cost of any item will not be renegotiated
after delivery. Therefore, we ask you to
please ask questions and be sure of what
you are purchasing before you buy. We will
be glad to provide whatever information necessary
for you to feel confident in your purchase.

Damaged items are handled separately, read,
Damaged and Lost Merchandise, below. DO NOT
return a damaged item to Beachlister Stores
as this WILL VOID insurance claim. Beachlister
Stores will assist you in whatever way possible
to help you through the claim process.
Damaged and Lost Merchandise:
1. DO NOT return items damaged in shipment
to Beachlister Stores; doing so will void
the shipping insurance.
2. Damage claims can only be made on items
shipped with insurance through the shipping
insurance carrier.
3. Most insurance carriers have a time limit
on when a claim can be filed. It is essential
to immediately open and inspect merchandise
upon arrival.
4. Report any damage and/or lost immediately
to Beachlister Stores so we may begin the
claim process or guide you through the process.
5. Beachlister Stores has no control over
the time it takes to complete a claim process.
6. Claims must be made through the original
shipping agent: USPS, UPS, Federal Express.
7. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by
carrier so please check with the carrier
for specific instructions, see links below.
8. To ensure a successful and timely claim
process be sure to retain all original packaging
as well as all pieces of the damaged item,
as the shipping agent will request to examine
them.
9. In the event that you, the recipient,
file the claim, Beachlister Stores will provide
you with the necessary insurance information.
